Day 2

Food

From the time I woke up this morning until now as I sit here writing, eating a popsicle, I have been hungry all day! I woke up around 9 o'clock and went down stairs to find everyone rambling about in the kitchen and living room. Obviously everyone else was hungry this morning because by the time that I got downstairs, all the food was gone. They had chocolate chip pancakes. MY FAVORITE, and I didnt get any, soooo I fixed a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and ate a few powdered doughnuts. Everyone was ready to go to the beach by the time breakfast was over, so we gathered our things and headed out. When we arrived, the weather was once again, beautiful when we arrived, but once again, not for long. The thunder started rolling, so Dad, CoCo, Mrs. Liz and Myself headed back in the house to grab a bite to eat and let the storm pass. After we got lunch, which consisted of Mac and Cheese and Chicken Salad, CoCo took a nap and the three of us headed out into the pool to relax. The weather was very HOT today but the water felt great. We stayed out at the pool for a few hours until everyone else arrived home from the beach. Once they were home the house was once again, crazy! Everyone was scrambling in the kitchen for food and the kids were scratching to get in the pool. I was still hungry after my lunch so I ate again and this time it wasn't the typical lunch meal. I whipped up a chocolate and peanut butter sandwich. It was peanut butter covered with chocolate chips. Aunt Michelle gave me the great idea to stick it in the microwave and melt the chocolate! BAM! It was GREAT! We stayed in the pool for the majority of the day. CoCo discovered that he has a strong dislike for floaties! Kicking and screaming went down because the floaties went up! Roz asked me if I wanted to go back to the beach and of course I went. Cassidy, Bianca, Roz and Myself laid out at the beach for about an hour or so until it was time to come home for SUPPER! Today we were having one of my favorite foods ever; Hamburgers! They were great, thanks to Uncle Guy and Dad! After dinner me and Bianca headed to Seaside to play a little tennis. We got there a little late so we only played for about 20 minutes before we had to leave because it was dark. When we got back we settled down in front of the TV and watched the Bachelorette. Interesting. After that, True Beauty came on and now as I sit here (im done with my popsicle now) writing we are just hanging out and winding down a wonderful day! I didnt see any whales today, disappointing. I would really like to see a whale but I dont feel like that is going to happen. But anyway, im going back to watch TV and enjoy the last little while of Day 2. I hope you enjoy the pics of today! they are all pool pics!

Day 1

Discovery!

Waking up at 8 o'clock is pretty good for me on the first day of vacation! I dont think I will ever live a vacation without Parker and Jacob running through the house screaming "wake up". It worked. Breakfast consisted of about 32 powdered doughnuts and chocolate milk. Probably the best combination that you could think of! Once again, I believe that Kia was the last one up. Not a surprise, but he still made it out to the beach. After everyone was up (besides Kai) we gathered our things and went down to the beach. When we got there, the water was amazingly blue/green and the weather was great. Not for long. We were all just laying out in the sand, enjoying the water and the sun and then BOOM! CRACK! Lightning and thunder disrupted the whole beach. We tried to wait it out for a while, and for a little while it worked. We then all became hungry, so we decided that now would be the best time to head back home for lunch and try and let the storm pass. Lunch was made up of sandwiches from last night and of course, fruit. We decided not to go back out to the beach right after lunch because it was still drizzling outside and thundering. We just hung out inside for awhile and when the sun came back out, we went to the pool for about an hour or two and swam and threw the ball back a forth across the huge pool. After swimming, I came back inside to find something else to eat! I find my self always looking in the kitchen for something! Dad, CoCo, and myself went back out to the beach for about an hour or so and played in the water! This time, IT WAS HOT! I actually put on sunscreen for the first time in 2 years because I could feel my skin burning. I fell asleep on the beach for about 3o minutes while CoCo and Dad played in the water and sand. CoCo was very intrigued by the sand this year (not rubbing the sand in his eyes like last year) and did NOT want to leave! I think dad was worried about getting super sun burnt like last year and was ready to go back. The only way we could get him to leave was to tell him "Lets go jump in the pool". We finally made it back to the house, they didnt get in the pool. ha. Colton was about worn out and took him a great little nap! Spaghetti was for dinner tonight, one of my favorite foods! We also had salad, another one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, there is no vanilla candle sitting on our kitchen table this year for Aunt Laurie to comment on about it looking like a glass of milk! After dinner, everyone settled down and rested for a little while. Not for long though. The kids hit the pool agian, Dad, Mrs. Liz, Cassidy, and Myself took a drive into seaside where we got ICE CREAM! I was having a major craving for some Cookies N Cream ice cream! It was great and I also got SPRINKLES and chocolate chips put on it! I love sprinkles! First of all, I would like to say, if you work in an ice cream shop, learn to love your job and dont act like it is a bother for you to be there, serving beach bums ice cream. If you would like to be a beach bum and be served ice cream, quit! The girl working the cash register at the ice cream shop couldn't have been over 19. RUDE! That is one thing that really burst my bubble is RUDE people! I believe it would take too long to describe her actions towards people, so im just going to leave it at RUDE! At this time, I am super stuffed and aggravated at that girl. We went into Sundog Books and looked around for a while and then headed back towards the house! When we arrived, we came in to a house full of grown-ups and the pool full of kids. Cassidy and Aunt Rhonda just went running. Roz was invited to go, but as I look to my right, I see her talking with Mrs. liz. Its about 9:35 right now and I don't believe that we will be going to bed anytime soon, but im sure my readers are, so I decided to go ahead and blog. I think it has been a wonderful first day here in FL, and I am sure that everyday will only get better! If you are wondering what the title of this blog means, "discovery". I have discovered why my throat hurts! I HAVE AN ULCER! UGHH! But anyway, I haven't taken many pictures today due to the unpredictable weather. Ill be sure to put more up when I get some but here are a few from today!

Arrival Day!

Brown Your Buns

Ok so I was an early riser at 7 o'clock this morning, loading the car with the last minute things and helping Colton get ready! Hopefully it wouldnt be to long of a ride! Well guys, the time has come again for me to live it up for a week in Florida! I must first start by saying that having DVD players installed in the headrest of the seats is a LIFESAVER! Although the ride wasn't that bad, being able to enjoy two movies and then pull up at our amazing beach house was great! We weren't the first ones here this year, but that was ok because all of the kids got the 3rd story game room with a total of 9 beds in there. An air hockey table rest in the middle of all of us! It is sure to cause late nights. ha! My bed is not the biggest, but its comfy! I am defiantly ok with my bed because it is outfitted with royal blue and ole miss red! HOTTY TODDY! Random, but anyway, we brought our belongings into our rooms and settled down for a while. Everyone was very excited about our pool this year. ITS HUGE! A picture of it is below because I dont really know how to explain it. We stayed in the pool for a good while playing and such. Then it was dinner time! Anyone who knows me well enough, knows that this is one of my favorite times of the day! Aunt Rachel and Mamaw and fixed a wonderful first dinner of the vacation. We had: ham, potato salad, baked beans, mixed fruit, and all sorts of other things. It was great, a BIG thanks goes out to them! After dinner, A few of the people went down to scope out the beach for tomorrows activities, while Bianca and Cassidy rode their bikes to Seaside. O ha I forgot to mention that when we arrived, Uncle Guy came in and showed us his arms! He drove the motorcycle all the way down here and his arms were BURNT! severely. but anyway, I just had to throw that in there. As I sit here on the first floor, I can hear parker and jacob banging around on the airhockey machine. Well Cassidy just asked Kai if he wanted to go run. ha I wonder how thats going to work. Dad and Mrs. Liz have taken off to the local Publix Grocery Store to stock up on food and things that we need, including SUDAFED PE! Ugh! My nose is stopped up and my throat is sore but im not going to let it stop me from having a great time! Dad also got me some Chloraseptic spray for my throat! Hopefully it will start feeling better soon! Colton has been asleep for awhile now. He is the best little baby ever! Cassidy and Bianca are in the pool taking a late night swim and practicing water aerobics. They have biked 6 miles, walked for 2 hours, and now they are doing water aerobics. Aunt Laurie is of course making EVERYONE laugh, as always! I am already looking forward to a week full of her stories! Since its just arrival day, and we spent most of the day settling down in our week home, not much is to be said about our activities today! Tomorrow brings the first day full of sun and fun in the sand! PLEASE DONT RAIN! I might just cry if it does! O, It rained a little bit today, so maybe it wont for the rest of this week! Anyway, im about to settle down and watch some TV and relax before bed. It doesn't look like a late night for me tonight. IM WORN OUT! Im not really planning on sleeping late this week, that means more beach time! Goodnight readers, enjoy the pics!

im just blabbing..

im so tired and its only 8:30
for some reason, i have a feeling that this blog is going to be longer than normal because i just feel like rambling on and on about things that dont really matter, and then some things that do! ok so i will just start from this morning. first thing, it was waaaay to early! but i guess it was worth it. bright and early this morning (8:00) me and mother got up, got ready and headed to Pisgah to pick up Banana Grace (anna grace). Ahhh shes like my sister i just love her to death! she was sitting outside when we pulled up, she must have been ready to leave or something. i would be too if i had to stay in the house with someone that constantly yells and throws temper tantrums because she isnt the center of attention (erica :/) but anyway, we first headed to Buffalo Peak Outfitters to get me some new shoes! YAY! i got my second pair of Chacos today! you like Toms, i like Chacos. No not Tacos, well those too but CHACOS!

thennn we ummm.... i kinda lost my train of thought. hang on... OO FOOD! i was starving, so of course, we went to sonic! two number 14s with bacon and a RT 44 Sweet Tea to drink and ketchup in the bag please! YUM! i love sonic. did you know that they have 168,894 drink combination's! how cool is that! i love drinks! next time you go to sonic, get a orange cream slush! BAM! its amazing! or the strawberry one is good too! after food, we went to office depot to get my a new memory card for this next week! one isnt going to be enough for the amount of pictures i will take! CLICK SNAP CLICK! i do really like to take pictures! ok so we left office depot and went to Saltwater World and they have this baby Lion Fish that is the coolest thing. i really want it, but im going to have to give my nemo to nanaw or mom first, cause the lion fish will kill it! they also had a really cute puffer fish with baby blue eyes and i really want him too but im going to have to pick one.. cant have both! they dont like each other! they also had a moray eel, it was cool but i dont want it! they are too hard to take care of! im leaning more toward the puffer fish! :)

but i didnt get any of them because i didnt go home today! but i will get him another day! so tomorrow is the day that i have been waiting for a loooooong time! were leaving at 7 headed to florida! dont forget to come back and keep up with me while im living it up on the beach! you can follow me on twitter also,

but it is now 8:49 and i am super sleep for some reason so i am going to be so i can early rise in the morning and load the car to head into the week of the year! come back tomorrow and see how the first day in florida went!

Today was rather.... LAAZY!

I woke up this morning to my wonderful little brother sneaking up from under my bed, whispering, "imma get shew" "imma get shew" whatever "shew" is I will never know but im going to take it as he was meaning "you". Thats always a wonderful way to start a lazy sunday! Breakfast consisted of... well i dont really remember but I do remember walking into the kitchen where Mrs. Liz was decorating some cupcakes, so I think I ate one of those for breakfast. I gathered my stuff up from dads house and headed out to Nanaws! HAHA!!! When I got there, I immediately went down the hill to the plum trees to see if any of them were at the right stage of green to take them inside, cover them with salt and have a hay day! NONE! Well, except one! I picked it and took a bit out of it and WHEW! LOCKJAW! Man that thing was SOUR, but good! So I walked back up the hill to the house where papaw was waiting at the door and his exact words were, "hey son, don't eat any of those plums until you wash them off, I just got done spraying poison on them to prevent bugs!" WHAT IN THE WORLD! I JUST ATE A POISON COVERED PLUM? well here I am typing my blog for today and im still kicking without a stomach ache so ill be alright! Besides that adventure, I made my way inside to settle in and show Nanaw and Papaw the rest of my senior portraits and discuss with Nanaw my plans for college this upcoming Fall. It wasnt long after, DC, Chuck and Cannon arrived, or Cannon is now to be called, Optimise Prime! He has recently became a "super hero" for whatever reason that may be, he is! We always have fun together. Chandler was at a friends house, so it was just me and him today! Cannon said to his mother, "Momma, I want to go to big town today, cause I never get to go anywhere." He won that battle and after lunch: E, Terry, Knox, DC, Chuck and Cannon loaded up and went into "big town". I was asked to go, but I was about to leave and go to Aunt Melanies house to go swimming with Corban and Berkley! That was fun. Caity Baby came over and went swimming with us and we had a great time! Me and Cait left there and came to my house where I had to immediately start registering for Holmes CC, because orientation was tomorrow and Pre-Registration was required. Caity started feeling sick, so she went home! :( I came back inside and looked at the window and saw a HUGH moth that was covered with beautiful markings! It really was the largest moth that I have ever seen! REALLY! I must go to bed now, big day tomorrow! College Registration and Orientation, Summer Class Registration and Cheerleading Practice! I may not post tomorrow, because I will be worn out!

My o My!
I don't really know if today was long, or i am just that tired! I slept late today, around 11:3o, but I am worn out! I went home today to update my blackberry to the new 5.0 OS and I must say, it is AMAZING! makes me like my phone just that much more! :P After updating it, I went to work where I supervised birthday parties for 5 hours! at the end of the parties, of course, we had to roll up ever blow up in the gym! I'm going to be down in my back tomorrow, laid up with my papaw on Sunday afternoon! man it almost killed me, considering it was only me and Tevis doing everything. 7 HUGE inflatables took the energy out of me that I wont regain for a week! well I better start regaining fast, because I leave next Saturday morning headed for FLORIDA! YES, its time for our annual Florida vacation, and the annual Florida vacation blog, that everyone reads every night to keep up with me! its always the funnest thing ever! Were staying at a house called "Brown Your Buns" this year, so maaaayyybeeeee I will come home SUPER DARK! well, that's not a maybe because I do every year and I'm already darker now that I was when I came home last year, so CAITY BABY, I WON! :P anyway I'm about to go hop in bed and see what movie on Netflix is calling my name tonight! last night it was "Race To Witch Mountain" hence the reason I was up until 3 this morning. well maybe that's why I'm so tired! ha. Imma get started on my movie a little bit earlier tonight cause I have a big day at Nanaws tomorrow! ITS SUNDAY!

So tonight was really fun spending time with the family at the Braves game! It was very humid outside, but its baseball. WHO CARES! I think this was Coltons first baseball game and he did very well! I just love him to death! Even though we had to leave the game a little early cause CoCo got sleepy and ill, we still had a great time! From $6 hamburgers to $5 Dipin Dots! You cant go to a ballgame without buying $40 in ballpark food! :) No caught fly balls this time cause we sat right behind home plate. Im not complaining! GREAT SEATS! The umpires brought back memories of when I played baseball. Now I remember how much I hated them! Ball this and Strike that! They need glasses or a magnifying glass or something! I have to work tomorrow from 4-9:30 managing birthday parties for a bunch of little kids so im about to go try and get my rest!

Well guys.... I have just completed my last day at Pisgah High School! NO MORE PHS!
I have defiantly been ready these past couple of week to be done with school, and BAM! here it is! IM FINISHED! Just a few more classes this summer and its GRADUATION time! :) OOO I CANT WAIT! College starts in August and I cant be more excited about it! but before I start all the summer school and College, our Florida Vacation starts May 28th, so get ready for all the post while im in florida! I will post some of my Senior Portraits a little later on!
