Hello my long lost blog and also my best friend. Ok, I know its been forever since I have talked to you... I forgot the password! HEY! Don't yell at me! I'm serious... SHH!
Anyway, boy I sure could have said novels to you these past weeks. BTW, my life is great just so you know. Its perfect. School is going great. I always dreamed of college when I was in high school, but now living my dream is even better. Drama? Whats that? THERE IS NONE IN COLLEGE! Not that I was really involved in drama in hs, college is just so much easier. My classes are.... fun. I ACTUALLY want to get up in the mornings and go to class. Weird huh! O GUESS WHATTTT! I HAVENT MISSED 1 DAY OF SCHOOL!!! I know, I know... Guinness's Book of World Records better get down here and record this! Chemistry... thats my only problem. My teacher is horrible, JUST LIKE MY HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER! She is like 23, for real. She thinks she knows EVERYTHING, and then she gets aggravated when you don't know it too. Our class average is a 38... She sucks. I can't wait until next semester. Chem II is actually going to be good. I have a great teacher.. MR. SULLIVAN! He is awesome!

We have been talking all night about the wedding tomorrow!
O yeah, I have a wedding to photography tomorrow! I'm going to try my best to take some awesome shots, but you never know what your going to be working with until you get there. dum dum dummmmm. No, but im excited. It should be fun! Nanaw is going with me to be my assistant. Shes is GREAT at stuff like that so I'm ready. Photography is going absolutely amazingly. I have the best time when im behind the camera. It's like completely viewing the world from a different perspective. To me, I look at it like im showing the world what I see through pictures. When people tell me.. "I would have never thought of that". I just smile and say, "I know, thats why I took a picture of it, because you may never have or never will see it, so I'm sharing it with you." I take great pride in that. :)
Back to college. What do I want to major in? I HAVE NO CLUE! There are SOO many things out there to major in, but I'm lost as to what I should choose. Right now, its biology, with a double major in child psychology and a minor in chemistry. I'm an idiot, I know! How am I going to do all that? I don't know, but ill tell you when I finish it! Until then, I plan to keep snapping photos and studying the books. I guess that will do it.
Things that just came to my mind:

The Last Day

The Last Day

Their isnt really much to say about what went on today besides waking up, eating breakfast, going to the beach and relaxing. The has been a great week and im so glad that I started my hectic summer off with a wonderful vacation! Im not going to write much today, but I am posting quite a few pictures!:) I couldnt stay at the beach long today, because the waves were monstrous and were giving me a huge headache by crashing into me. They were so big, they washed up over all of our stuff sitting on the sand. I had to come back to the house and use this last day as another relaxing day, and it was! The week has come to an end and I really am ready to be home! I miss my momma and my CaitBabe! Im sure Ms. Lilah is going to be so excited to see me tomorrow! Mom sent me a picture of her this week and it made me sad. Tomorrow is going to a long day, but im ready for it! School starts Monday and im ready for that too! Like I said, I have had the time of my life here this week, got as brown as I wanted to but now its time to return to Tha Brens life and finish what I have started. Enjoy the pictures!

I owe a special paragraph to my little brother, Colton, who I adore so much! He is the sweetest baby and the most loving child I have ever met. The things he says and the things he does, warms my heart. He has been so good this week with the beach. Last year he had an accident with sand in his eyes and mouth and it was total shutdown from then, but this year he had a ball and I believe he is completly worn out, as we all are. This last pictures sums up our week, PERFECTLY!

Day 5

Its 4 A.M.
Today was the most interesting day in Florida I have ever had. Well maybe not that interesting, but weird or strange! It was 4 A.M. this morning when the whole house was awakened by a piercing sound of the fire alarm. After Mamaw screaming "GET THE CHILDREN!!" and the loud high pitched siren, we were up with an adrenalin rush! After all was said an done, we were all gathered on the second floor, waiting to see what was going on. The battery in the alarm was going dead, so it decided at 4 A.M. on Thursday that it needed to let us know. We all went back up stairs into our cram packed bunk room and and laughed about what had just happened and how ironic it was that this occurred on Thursday at 4 A.M. Aunt Lauries hair at 4 A.M. in the morning is BEAUTIFUL! He hair was sticking straight up. It looked like she was the cause of the fire alarm set off. It was really funny and I wish I would have taken a picture but it was just too early. We went back to sleep for a few hours and everyone woke back up around 10. Today for breakfast, it was kinda pick what you wanted day. I picked frosted cheerios! With extra sugar of course! We were all scurrying around the house to get ready for the beach. We arrived at the beach around 11 and stayed out their until about 1:30 then came back in for lunch. At the beach me and Roz played paddle ball, that was fun! My lunch consisted of carrots and ranch! YUM! It actually really was good. After lunch, everyone just relaxed, played in the pool and just did their own thing. Pictures were going to be taken at 6 on the beach. This year, we weren't really color coordinated, as everyone just wore what they wanted. It was a nice, originality touch. As we arrived at the beach, about to enter the walkway down to the sand, this boy came flying off the dock doing a wheelie on his bike, obviously showing out. When he hit the wet pavement trying to land, he went one way and the bike went the other. He hit the ground, rolled across the sandy pavement and just laid there after his embarrassing roll came to a hault. As he lay there, he said a few choice words and we just all stopped and looked at him. Us including: Dad, Mrs. Liz, Colton, Aunt Rhonda, Cassidy and Trevor. And of course, we acted like none of our family consisted of medical person ell, (that was basically our whole family. ha). Our excuse to not go help him was we were taking beach portraits and we were all wearing white and didnt want to get any blood on us. We didnt tell him that, but we joked about it the rest of the way to the beach! He really wasn't hurt that bad, I think he was just super embarrassed. All in all, IT WAS HILARIOUS! We laughed about it the whole night and are still laughing right now! Beach pictures went great. No rain this year! Colton cooperated very well and we got some great shots! After pictures, we all went out to eat a Bayou Bills Crab House. The food was OK. My shrimp was great, but I didn't really care for the other portions of my meal! Me, Dad, and CoCo headed back to the house. Colton watched Barney and me and dad just talked about random stuff and passed the house on the way back. I had to pee really bad the whole way home and we ended up driving a mile past our house because we were just rambling. But now im home and relaxed in the sweat pants, yeah I know sweat pants at the beach. That is my style! ha. I cant believe that tomorrow is our last full day here in the sunshine state! I am ready to be home though! Tomorrow is Friday and I intend to do all I can to make it worth while!

Day 4

Relaxation
Ok so this morning I once again woke up a 9 o'clock. I think this is my time since thats when I wake up everyday! Downstairs I went to eat breakfast, Krispy Kreme donuts! YUM! We werent going to the beach today, we were going shopping! The sky looked a bit cloudy so we headed out to Piers Park Mall in Panama City! It is a beautiful mall! We didnt stay there long, but we did get some shopping done! I got a Guy Harvey shirt, dad bought me a new pair of Costa Sunglasses and we ate at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. After shopping we came back home and Dad, CoCo and myself went to the beach for a little while. Dad and CoCo didnt stay long, but I told them to go on back and I would call them when I was ready to come home. I fell asleep for about 3o minutes and then went out into the ocean for a little while to cool off. When I got back home, it was time for me to get ready for our Hawaiian themed dinner! It consisted of shishkabobs! Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Vegetables and Fruit! It was delicious! We all wore our lays and had the umbrellas in our cups! Right now, the entire family, excluding me, is downstair playing Bunco. The reason im not; they were stressing me out with all of the "what do I do now, and what does this mean?" They are hollering and screaming and laughing and the whole nine yards. I sure hope CoCo doesnt wake up! Today didnt consist of much activities, as you can tell by the length of todays blog, but it was a very relaxing day and I am steadily getting darker! Tomorrow is Day 5, that means I have only 2 more FULL days here in Florida! But in a sense, thats ok because I have a lot of things going for me back home in Rankin County! This is going to be a great Summer and this vacation is a wonderful start to it!

Day 3

Walkie Talkie Wake Up!
Picture this: Its 9 o'clock in the morning and you are in a great sleep! All of a sudden you hear a crackling loud noise of an old radio. "BEEEEEP! WAKKEE UPPP!!" Everyone in the room jumps up from their sleep wandering whats going on. Once again, "WAKKKEE UPPPP!" Its a walkie talkie. As I sit here and write this im am brought back memories from last years vacation with the walkie talkie on my pillow, so I roll over and sure enough there is the yellow walkie talkie resting as peacefully as I previously was on my pillow! It was to early for me to clear my eyes from the sleep buggers and fidget with the gadget to figure out how to turn it off, so my first instinct was the rip the battery out. I did. The battery flew out and the walkie talkie fell to the bed below where Parker previously slept. He was on the other end of the sleepwrecking device at this point. Everyone in the room was furious and was about ready to see how far down the elevator shaft Parker could fall before he seriously got hurt! Something was up with this whole situation and I had a gut instinct that my dad had something to do with this. Surprisingly, he didnt. He had only innocently left the talkies on the kitchen table, in perfect striking zone of Parker and his mischievous mind. Anyway, we were up and headed downstairs for breakfast. This time I ate 4 chocolate chip pancakes with EXTRA chocolate chips! MMMM... they were absolutely delicious! OK, so moving on from the morning festivities, we headed out to the beach to enjoy a storm free day, and we did! The weather today was amazing. The water today was crystal. The sand today was WHITE. The tanning today went TAN! I believe I turned about 32 shades darker in one day! We came back to the house around 12:30 to get some lunch, as you know, I am always hungry! Today, Uncle Guy, Aunt Michelle, Aunt Laurie and Myself went to the Market Cafe in Seaside to eat lunch. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea! The sweet tea reminded me of moms sweet tea, which is the BEST in the world! Moms was still better than theirs. Lunch was great and didnt take long at all! After lunch we came back to the house and relaxed for awhile and later, Dad, Mrs. Liz, CoCo and Myself went into town to Seaside and Publix, the towns grocery. At seaside, I found a new pair of sunglasses that I like and im debating whether to get a pair when we go to the mall tomorrow or not. Im sure I will find something else at the mall that I would like better. We came back home and supper was ready! Bianca had prepared a homemade Pizza Hut! She had cooked about 6 or 7 different types of pizzas. All from scratch. They were delicious. She really is a good cook, and also a great artist. She has drawings and paintings that are beautiful!! After dinner, everyone was going their separate ways for the evening festivities. Mrs. Liz, Aunt Rhonda, Cassidy, and Aunt Rachel were going to the movies to see Sex in the City 2. Kia and Gabe went to the movies to see Prince of Persia. Maggie, Lauren and Aunt Michelle went shopping. Me, Dad and CoCo stayed around here with Mamaw, Parker, Jacob, Roz, Addie and Bianca and just used the afternoon as relaxation time! It was great! Later on in the afternoon, Bianca and Myself went to the pool for a late night swim with the frogs! They were everywhere! little and large green tree frogs infested our pool. We played with them. The funniest part of the swim, was, as Bianca says, "We watched the frogs get raped"! ha. I dont need to go into detail about this event. We played in the pool with the frogs for about an hour and then came back inside. Aunt Laurie is downstairs getting a haircut from Bianca right now. I wonder how that's going because I am hearing a lot of laughing and such going on below. Im going to start reading my book, Cirque De Freak, again in just a few minutes. I miss all my friends from home and my mom, but I am having a wonderful time here in Florida. I dont have any pictures to post from today, they are on dads camera and where that is, im not exactly sure but I hope you enjoyed catching up with me on Day 3 here in Florida!

Day 2

Food

From the time I woke up this morning until now as I sit here writing, eating a popsicle, I have been hungry all day! I woke up around 9 o'clock and went down stairs to find everyone rambling about in the kitchen and living room. Obviously everyone else was hungry this morning because by the time that I got downstairs, all the food was gone. They had chocolate chip pancakes. MY FAVORITE, and I didnt get any, soooo I fixed a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and ate a few powdered doughnuts. Everyone was ready to go to the beach by the time breakfast was over, so we gathered our things and headed out. When we arrived, the weather was once again, beautiful when we arrived, but once again, not for long. The thunder started rolling, so Dad, CoCo, Mrs. Liz and Myself headed back in the house to grab a bite to eat and let the storm pass. After we got lunch, which consisted of Mac and Cheese and Chicken Salad, CoCo took a nap and the three of us headed out into the pool to relax. The weather was very HOT today but the water felt great. We stayed out at the pool for a few hours until everyone else arrived home from the beach. Once they were home the house was once again, crazy! Everyone was scrambling in the kitchen for food and the kids were scratching to get in the pool. I was still hungry after my lunch so I ate again and this time it wasn't the typical lunch meal. I whipped up a chocolate and peanut butter sandwich. It was peanut butter covered with chocolate chips. Aunt Michelle gave me the great idea to stick it in the microwave and melt the chocolate! BAM! It was GREAT! We stayed in the pool for the majority of the day. CoCo discovered that he has a strong dislike for floaties! Kicking and screaming went down because the floaties went up! Roz asked me if I wanted to go back to the beach and of course I went. Cassidy, Bianca, Roz and Myself laid out at the beach for about an hour or so until it was time to come home for SUPPER! Today we were having one of my favorite foods ever; Hamburgers! They were great, thanks to Uncle Guy and Dad! After dinner me and Bianca headed to Seaside to play a little tennis. We got there a little late so we only played for about 20 minutes before we had to leave because it was dark. When we got back we settled down in front of the TV and watched the Bachelorette. Interesting. After that, True Beauty came on and now as I sit here (im done with my popsicle now) writing we are just hanging out and winding down a wonderful day! I didnt see any whales today, disappointing. I would really like to see a whale but I dont feel like that is going to happen. But anyway, im going back to watch TV and enjoy the last little while of Day 2. I hope you enjoy the pics of today! they are all pool pics!

Day 1

Discovery!

Waking up at 8 o'clock is pretty good for me on the first day of vacation! I dont think I will ever live a vacation without Parker and Jacob running through the house screaming "wake up". It worked. Breakfast consisted of about 32 powdered doughnuts and chocolate milk. Probably the best combination that you could think of! Once again, I believe that Kia was the last one up. Not a surprise, but he still made it out to the beach. After everyone was up (besides Kai) we gathered our things and went down to the beach. When we got there, the water was amazingly blue/green and the weather was great. Not for long. We were all just laying out in the sand, enjoying the water and the sun and then BOOM! CRACK! Lightning and thunder disrupted the whole beach. We tried to wait it out for a while, and for a little while it worked. We then all became hungry, so we decided that now would be the best time to head back home for lunch and try and let the storm pass. Lunch was made up of sandwiches from last night and of course, fruit. We decided not to go back out to the beach right after lunch because it was still drizzling outside and thundering. We just hung out inside for awhile and when the sun came back out, we went to the pool for about an hour or two and swam and threw the ball back a forth across the huge pool. After swimming, I came back inside to find something else to eat! I find my self always looking in the kitchen for something! Dad, CoCo, and myself went back out to the beach for about an hour or so and played in the water! This time, IT WAS HOT! I actually put on sunscreen for the first time in 2 years because I could feel my skin burning. I fell asleep on the beach for about 3o minutes while CoCo and Dad played in the water and sand. CoCo was very intrigued by the sand this year (not rubbing the sand in his eyes like last year) and did NOT want to leave! I think dad was worried about getting super sun burnt like last year and was ready to go back. The only way we could get him to leave was to tell him "Lets go jump in the pool". We finally made it back to the house, they didnt get in the pool. ha. Colton was about worn out and took him a great little nap! Spaghetti was for dinner tonight, one of my favorite foods! We also had salad, another one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, there is no vanilla candle sitting on our kitchen table this year for Aunt Laurie to comment on about it looking like a glass of milk! After dinner, everyone settled down and rested for a little while. Not for long though. The kids hit the pool agian, Dad, Mrs. Liz, Cassidy, and Myself took a drive into seaside where we got ICE CREAM! I was having a major craving for some Cookies N Cream ice cream! It was great and I also got SPRINKLES and chocolate chips put on it! I love sprinkles! First of all, I would like to say, if you work in an ice cream shop, learn to love your job and dont act like it is a bother for you to be there, serving beach bums ice cream. If you would like to be a beach bum and be served ice cream, quit! The girl working the cash register at the ice cream shop couldn't have been over 19. RUDE! That is one thing that really burst my bubble is RUDE people! I believe it would take too long to describe her actions towards people, so im just going to leave it at RUDE! At this time, I am super stuffed and aggravated at that girl. We went into Sundog Books and looked around for a while and then headed back towards the house! When we arrived, we came in to a house full of grown-ups and the pool full of kids. Cassidy and Aunt Rhonda just went running. Roz was invited to go, but as I look to my right, I see her talking with Mrs. liz. Its about 9:35 right now and I don't believe that we will be going to bed anytime soon, but im sure my readers are, so I decided to go ahead and blog. I think it has been a wonderful first day here in FL, and I am sure that everyday will only get better! If you are wondering what the title of this blog means, "discovery". I have discovered why my throat hurts! I HAVE AN ULCER! UGHH! But anyway, I haven't taken many pictures today due to the unpredictable weather. Ill be sure to put more up when I get some but here are a few from today!

Arrival Day!

Brown Your Buns

Ok so I was an early riser at 7 o'clock this morning, loading the car with the last minute things and helping Colton get ready! Hopefully it wouldnt be to long of a ride! Well guys, the time has come again for me to live it up for a week in Florida! I must first start by saying that having DVD players installed in the headrest of the seats is a LIFESAVER! Although the ride wasn't that bad, being able to enjoy two movies and then pull up at our amazing beach house was great! We weren't the first ones here this year, but that was ok because all of the kids got the 3rd story game room with a total of 9 beds in there. An air hockey table rest in the middle of all of us! It is sure to cause late nights. ha! My bed is not the biggest, but its comfy! I am defiantly ok with my bed because it is outfitted with royal blue and ole miss red! HOTTY TODDY! Random, but anyway, we brought our belongings into our rooms and settled down for a while. Everyone was very excited about our pool this year. ITS HUGE! A picture of it is below because I dont really know how to explain it. We stayed in the pool for a good while playing and such. Then it was dinner time! Anyone who knows me well enough, knows that this is one of my favorite times of the day! Aunt Rachel and Mamaw and fixed a wonderful first dinner of the vacation. We had: ham, potato salad, baked beans, mixed fruit, and all sorts of other things. It was great, a BIG thanks goes out to them! After dinner, A few of the people went down to scope out the beach for tomorrows activities, while Bianca and Cassidy rode their bikes to Seaside. O ha I forgot to mention that when we arrived, Uncle Guy came in and showed us his arms! He drove the motorcycle all the way down here and his arms were BURNT! severely. but anyway, I just had to throw that in there. As I sit here on the first floor, I can hear parker and jacob banging around on the airhockey machine. Well Cassidy just asked Kai if he wanted to go run. ha I wonder how thats going to work. Dad and Mrs. Liz have taken off to the local Publix Grocery Store to stock up on food and things that we need, including SUDAFED PE! Ugh! My nose is stopped up and my throat is sore but im not going to let it stop me from having a great time! Dad also got me some Chloraseptic spray for my throat! Hopefully it will start feeling better soon! Colton has been asleep for awhile now. He is the best little baby ever! Cassidy and Bianca are in the pool taking a late night swim and practicing water aerobics. They have biked 6 miles, walked for 2 hours, and now they are doing water aerobics. Aunt Laurie is of course making EVERYONE laugh, as always! I am already looking forward to a week full of her stories! Since its just arrival day, and we spent most of the day settling down in our week home, not much is to be said about our activities today! Tomorrow brings the first day full of sun and fun in the sand! PLEASE DONT RAIN! I might just cry if it does! O, It rained a little bit today, so maybe it wont for the rest of this week! Anyway, im about to settle down and watch some TV and relax before bed. It doesn't look like a late night for me tonight. IM WORN OUT! Im not really planning on sleeping late this week, that means more beach time! Goodnight readers, enjoy the pics!
